We moved to Murphy in December 2016 and we are grateful to have an acre in the city. I grew up in Richardson, so this area feels like home. I've always enjoyed cooking, playing with flavors, and feeding my friends and family. When I'm not in the kitchen, you will probably find me in the garden, driving kids to practices, or working on a new craft project.
My family became interested in sourdough because of the benefits to fermenting flour - how it breaks down the gluten and is easier to digest. They asked if I could make sourdough - challenge accepted! I LOVE food and always want everything to taste amazing, but also be good for us. I choose high quality ingredients and enjoy experimenting with new flavor combinations.
We're a homeschooling family with a teenager, a tween, and two Dogo Argentinos. We love being outside, cooking, eating, and playing. We support each other in everything we do!
